Main ingredients] 150g of eel meat.

Ingredients: garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar, cooking wine, pepper, shredded onion, ginger, each appropriate amount.

Method of preparation:

① wash the eel meat, drain the water, garlic peeled, chopped into garlic paste with a knife.

②Put water in a pot on the fire and boil, add wine, ginger, green onion, eel shreds into the pot of boiling water to scald through, take out and drain, neatly arranged into the soup pot.

Add soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar and stock to make a marinade, pour it over the eel, sprinkle some pepper on it and mix well when eating.

2、Tofu with mushrooms

Ingredients】One piece of tofu, 20g of shiitake mushroom.

Ingredients】squash, soy sauce, green onion, sesame oil, starch each appropriate amount.


① Cut the tofu into small four-sided pieces and hollow out the center.

② chop the softened mushrooms, chop the squash, add seasoning and starch and mix well to make the filling.

(3) Stuff the filling into the center of the tofu, place on a plate and steam, drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce and serve.

Three, dinner combination: germ rice + rainbow vegetable puff bun + yam braised fish head + sliced pork soup with loofah

1、Rainbow Vegetable Puff Buns

Ingredients】Squash, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, string beans, red bell pepper, diced celery, kale stalks, horse's feet, dried beans in appropriate amounts.

Ingredients】Some lettuce, a little sweet noodle sauce.


① Cut all the above ingredients into fine dice and sauté them in sesame oil.

② Add a little sweet noodle sauce and mix well.

③ Put the diced vegetables on the cut lettuce and decorate it with a little pine nuts.

2、Yam braised fish head

Ingredients】300g yam, 1/2 salmon head, 5 mushrooms, 2 green onions.

【Ingredients】Soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, pepper a little each, a little water starch.

Method of preparation:

① Wash the frog head, wipe it dry and fry it slightly on both sides with a little oil; soak the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stems and cut the big ones in half; peel the yam and cut it into thick slices; cut the green onions into small pieces.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, pepper and two cups of water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and add yam and cook to taste.

When the soup is slightly dry, add green onion and thicken with a little water starch, then serve.

【Tips】You can use other sea fish heads besides frog heads. 1/2 of them can be used if they are large, but the other 1/2 should be fried first and then frozen to keep them fresh. During the cooking process, you need to shake the pot frequently to avoid the fish head sticking to the pot.

3、Sliced pork soup with loofah

Ingredients】50g lean pork, 25g loofah.

Ingredients] Salt, monosodium glutamate, broth a little each.

Method of preparation:

① the pork washed, cut into thin slices with a knife. Loofah peeled, washed, cut into slices.

② Wash the frying pan, put the broth to boil, put the meat into the pan, skim off the froth when the soup is slightly boiling, add the loofah, salt, MSG and cook for a moment, then put it into a soup bowl and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil on it.

Shiitake mushrooms can lower cholesterol, and string beans are high-fiber fruits and vegetables containing carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and dietary fiber, which can maintain liver function, promote human metabolism and eliminate body fat and waste.

Tomatoes are known as the "fruit of vegetables" and are mainly rich in fiber and vitamin C. Unlike other fruits and vegetables, vitamin C is not easily destroyed during the cooking process. Tomatoes have a digestive stimulating effect.
