When it comes to chocolate, there is always a lot of interest. In everyone's opinion, chocolate with high sugar and fat content is a kind of food that will gain weight.

Nowadays, everyone is gradually starting to pay attention to their dietary health and stay away from high-calorie sweets such as chocolate, sugar and milk tea.

However, a recent study shows that eating chocolate at the right time does not gain weight, but also helps the body to burn fat.

Recently, researchers from Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston published a related research paper in the journal FASEB.

The study showed that consuming chocolate in the morning helped burn fat and lower blood sugar levels throughout the day.

The study utilized a randomized, cross-comparison trial with a total of 19 postmenopausal women participating in the study, who would eat 100 grams of milk chocolate within an hour of waking up each day and then another 100 grams an hour before going to bed for 2 weeks.

Throughout the trial, the participants ate other foods normally, except for the milk chocolate diet.

If the average person follows such a diet, weight should be increased after two weeks, but the study's findings were surprising.

The researchers found that the participants' intake of milk chocolate, whether in the morning or in the evening, did not lead to weight gain.

The results of the study showed that women who ate chocolate reduced their hunger and desire for sweets, and that it was the chocolate that produced the appetite suppressing effect.
