  1、Picking

  2、Withering
 
  Fresh leaves are picked and spread with bamboo slices in time, with uniform thickness and without turning the leaves. After spreading, according to the climatic conditions and the grade of fresh leaves, choose indoor natural withering, compound withering or heating withering flexibly. When the tea leaves reach 70% or 80% dry, both indoor natural withering and compound withering should be sieved.

  3、Drying Initial
 
  Drying: dryer temperature 100-120℃, time: 10 minutes; spreading and cooling: 15 minutes. Re-drying: temperature 80-90℃; low temperature around 70℃ for long time baking.

  4、Preservation
 
  The moisture content of the dried tea leaves is controlled within 5% and put into an icehouse at 1-5℃. Tea leaves taken out of the icehouse are opened and packed after three hours.
